This Saturday, May 21st, is when the end of the world is suppose to be happening. You must of seen all those lost souls demanding for people to repent all over.

Does anyone know where they are meeting up? Possible end of the world rally? I just don't want to miss the end of the world. Hope to see you there. LOL.

Me neither... I blew my whole bank account on 2 Leica S2s since I won't need the cash anymore. I figure this would be a good event to use them on...

I got to shoot a lot of film tomorrow. Rumor has it that there is no film in hell.

Also heard that some hard core shooters are going to be using "Evil SLR's" tomorow. Perhaps I bring out two of my Nikon F3's with loud obnoxios motordrives.

Latest Update: Only 3% of the world's population will be raptured to heaven. The rest will remain on Earth for Armageddon with the final outcome determined on 21 October 2011. Will you be shooting this even in color or black and white. If you are shooting film please have it in for processing by the 18th to ensure return by the 20th.

Good point.
For those of us who were still in love with shooting Kodachrome, the world as we knew it ended January 1 of this year. :::sigh:::

After they cleaned up the Times Square/Forty-Deuce area and totally Disneyfied it, I'm wondering if the rapture can find the correct place to open up the earth to swallow all of us evil doers, non-believers and generally blasphemous types? Oh, right, Wall St. See you all next week!

I love it! Why didn't I think of that. And even if the rapture doesn't come, my days will be numbered when my wife sees the Amex bill.

BTW, congrats on your M9, John. In love yet?

I think my wife has things to do sunday afternoon, so I'll have my daughter. Of course, she likes cameras, so maybe I'll bring her to Puck Fair. (She's 19 mos. old, LOL)

The earthquake is supposed to hit Christmas Island at 6pm (4am UTC), which is midnight in NYC. But the tidal waves will take a while to hit the east coast, so I would think New Yorkers could party into the morning.

I remember when a bunch of Doom and Gloom sayers came by our High School to convert us before Comet Kohoutek came in to end the world. We offered them 9 to 5 odds that Kohoutek did not mean the end of the world, but they did not take us up on it. Anyone who is serious about the end of the world would nt mind placing a bet on it. Money where your mouth is.

Any takers? 9:5 odds, and my Paypal account is pumped. Pay up in SUnday. I'll even put your money into the Collection.
