What are the worst words in photography?

"The best camera is the one you have with you."

No frickin' duh. No need to justify your phone cameras, but it doesn't mean standalone cameras are obsolete either.

Happened to me with several rolls of Kodachrome I took for a friend's wedding: "We are really sorry, we developed all these as C41. Nobody brings slides in here anymore, and the tech is new. Maybe you can see if there are any here you like, and just pay for those."

On film when I said I still used 35mm - "Wow, I haven't seen that in ages...it's so ANTIQUE". :bang:

"Why can't your lens zoom?"

Some guest at work when I was just documenting a class passes on a message to my colleague to pass onto me:
"Tell her that she can use my photos if she wants to."

On a wedding at work, again, shooting for internal use:
"Excuse me, but who are you? I'm the PROFESSIONAL photographer, sorry if I get in your way."

and when I had a small point and shoot for a relative's birthday and my uncle brings in his bling DSLR kit and I say I don't need a big camera:
"at least I earn a lot of money [from shooting with my kit]"

I must look really dumb or something for people to think those thoughts about my skills and such. :'(
