I agree... I'm trying to ffind some good bootlegs of The Stone Roses but I've more or less given up, there jsut dont seem to be any around on the internet :(

I remember they came though Toronto about 10 years ago to play a warehouse, The Roses were too stoned and disconnected to really deliver if memory serves correct. The Second album was a real let down for me. By then the Charlatons UK and Blur were my favorite bands then.

Dandy Warhols, "Welcome to the Monkey House"

+ Jose Maria Da Fonseca; Periquita 2001...... I'm getting mellow now. It's a red.

Just because it's such a blast out of my HS days, I'll simply mention that good ol' iTunes just tossed "Brass in Pocket" up... "nobody else here like me... "

:)

Shane MacGowan and the Pogues. If I could I'd love to catch a flight to Ireland as they're on tour there. They don't come to the US very often.

Schickele Mix. Peter Schickele is a hero of mine.

Now that is the good stuff. I still scream at the folks from my local public radio station for pulling that show... :bang: :bang: :bang:

Chrissy Hynde, what a guitar player ..

caught a tag end of Hendrix "all along the watchtower' as I was filling up at the gas bar. Forgot what a great player he was. Got me thinking now.

The voices in my head saying "never mind the forums, go check your eBay bids". Oher than that, as Doug said the ringing of my tinnitus and putting in a Bonnie Rait CD.

Cartoon Network blaring from the living room, of course.
Doesn't anyone else here have kids?

Excelsior, you fathead!
