A little earlier this evening, I was playing Superstar for a vocal ensemble that I accompany. That got me on to looking up the original version by Delaney and Bonnie - though I have to say that I far prefer the Carpenters' cover and, even more, Keiko Lee's interpretation - which I listened to the other evening.
