"Somebody Loan Me a Dime" by Fenton Robinson

Blues singer and guitarist Fenton Robinson released this studio album in 1974... jazz with Chicago blues and Texas blues. The title track "Somebody Loan Me a Dime" (1967) has been covered many times, including a 12:48 version on Boz Scaggs second album with Duane "Skydog" Allman.

Absolutely! With retirement, I now have a lot more time to spend volunteering at KEXP. Also much more access to the live in-studio performances at their fantastic new house! :D
 
We have many treasures in the PNW. We’ve lost a few more.
Having the legacy of KCMU/KEXP secured as it has become is a big one!
Maybe I’ll see you down there sometime. The new space is really cool!
