My bulldog snoring. It’s an oddly relaxing white noise. Well, until a noise comes out his other end. Then it just stinks.

Abstract Clarity
While I’m exercising I like to listen to ‘60s pop and easy listening instrumentals. The lack of vocals helps me to concentrate on the number of reps I’ve done.
Currently I’m listening to albums by the Brass Ring. The Brass Ring was a ‘60s band that was really studio musicians led by Phil Bodner. They were riding on the coattails of the massively popular (at that time) Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass. A few of the Brass Ring’s albums were reissued on CD several years ago, most of my CDs are needle drops I copied from the original vinyl albums.
All the best,
Mike
