What are you listening to at the moment?

yeah, Come to Daddy is definitely something else. I generally don't subject loved ones to that particular piece, but it's a heck of a ride for people who enjoy the style. I love it, personally.

Have you seen the 'Rubber Johny' DVD by Chris Cunningham - it features an Aphex Twin soundtrack. It 's only short but it makes Come to Daddy and Windowlicker videos
tame in comparison.

Lais - a Flamish combo, three girls that once were called "Polyphonic Mermaids" by a critic. I like that.

The other day in the car a song came on that remended me of music I listened to back in the day, "Give Me One Reason" by Joan Armitrading.

Funny thing, I heard Stiff Little Fingers' Alternative Ulster on a radio programme about punk rock yesterday and it occurred to me that, all over the UK, couples my age were saying "listen, darling, they're playing our tune".

Love Stiff Little Fingers ... One of my favorite LPs is Nobody's Hero

I always thought that the Punk Rock movement in England wasn't shot with enough Kodachrome to capture all those excellent colors in their hair :)

speaking of that genre... the post punk rock movement in America during the early 80s is excellently captured in "American Hardcore" should be out on DVD soon. Obviously most won't be into the likes of Black Flag or the Dead Kennedys... but the film exhibits alot of great concert photography from budding photographers of the day.

In a completely unrelated note.. other than musical

I am currently listening to Norah Jones' new album... not half bad :D

With all the Beatles hype around at the moment, I have been seduced by Abbey Road. I can't seem to stop listening to it.
