Down here in Oz it is 1020 hours on Sunday 8th and I am listening to John Phillipe Rameau's "Les Indes Galantes". Love that French baroque.

Lately, I follow a strange diet of hip-hop and opera. This evening has been Lupe Fiasco "The Cool", Big Boi "Sir Lucious Left Foot - Dusty Chico", and Verdi "Don Carlos" (Giulini). Next up is "Rigoletto" (Giulini again). The unifying themes: lusting after women, criminal behavior, sonic extremes. Oh, and Big Boi samples the triumphal march from Aida.

Just finished Listening to Mary Gauthier's "Drag Queens in Limousines".
Next up is Lou Reed's "Transformer".
And lately my back ground music of choice has been the "Boot Liquor" channel though Itunes radio--twisted honky tonk music seem to suit my mood currently.
