Canto Ostinato, music for four concert pianos by Dutch composer Simeon ten Holt. Under the link is a two-minute youtube clip of the theme, the complete piece spans three CD's
and is a constant breakdown of the theme, then a venture into different melodies that evolve from the parts, and finally the theme re-emerging. It's beautiful and calming.

Rory Gallagher.
I (along with many others) saw this guy play at a town hall many moons ago. He strolled on stage with a beat up Stratocaster & a 30watt Vox amp and that's all I remember - stunned is how I would descibe myself. Absolutely fantastic performer!

I am in complete agreement about Rory Gallagher, having seen him in about 1974. His "Irish Tour" album is phenomenal!

I read an article recently about Rory Gallagher and apparently the reason his guitar looked so beat up was the medical condition he had meant his sweat was very acidic and it stripped the varnish from the guitar. I hate to think what he could have done to a camera.
