Fred Armisen put together a SNL skit about an '80s hardcore band getting together for a daughter's wedding that was the best thing I've ever seen from SNL. Then he put out a 7" for the 'band.'

Michael Kollwitz, solo Chapman Stick, doing Beattles. In November I encountered this guy playing under the Banyan tree in Lahaina, Maui. I didn't know what the instrument was until I did some research later. He's one of Chapman's early students, with several albums on Amazon.
