i'm listening to 'Velvet Flowers', end credit song from the movie 'Youth' ( '芳華', directed by Feng Xio-gang 馮小剛 in 2017),
It'a a story about men and women serving as moral boosting songs and dance group for Chinese Lib Army (a bit like USO in America, only they are soldiers),
i've seen Feng's 'Back to 1942' before, it's about human suffering in Henan Province Famine in 1942 (3 million dead) during Sino Japan war ...quite an epic movie ( Adrien Brody and Tim Robbins were in it too)
captive beauty of one of the leading lady, Zhong Chu-xi 钟楚曦...
