Besides, it's not my fault only he (seemingly) knows what he's doing, as a DJ (read, "Does not spout innane blather about serious matters. Does not rave about trivial matters. Does not feel the need to announce the name of the radio station every 5 words.")J.

Fascinating development of the band from crude punk-rock to something I can't describe.
Shame that Joe Strummer passed away some years ago.

i dig skynet. many other offshoots too. any kind of breakbeat-related tunes are basically what i'm into. i haven't bought enough new records though. most of my collection is from the mid to late 90s to early 2000s.
right now listening to "keep your distance" off the new amon tobin album. great track!

Hey!
Amon tobin is great! I'm a total junkie for downtempo, Sixtoo being my favorite producer by a mile. I like the dark stuff from whatever genre, I just happen to be listening to dark, techy DnB of late.
Currently listening to;
Godspeed You Black Emperor! - The Dead Flag Blues (12" version), Mindblowing, Beautiful, Sad, Epic music!!

Not really, the song is just very dark and futuristic sounding.
