Nikon for me. FM, F4, F5, FM3a, D80, D3. The D3 sees most use, closely followed by my everyday-bring-about camera, the FM3a.

Assorted Nikkors from 17 to 200mm focal length - some zooms, some primes. I mostly use the primes, significantly lighter to carry and 1-2 stops faster.

Color means a lot to me....

Color means a lot to me....

So my color camera is an Olympus E400 with the last Kodak Sensor used by Oly (10Mp), and where else can I get a 600mm reach with a high quality 300mm lens.

Other, my S5 Pro, again because of the color rendition and the extended dynamic range that Fuji has come up with for this camera.

Rarely shoot B&W and never with these two cameras. We don't live in a B&W world in case you haven't noticed.

The good thing about Canon is that its lens mount allows me to use any lens from any maker from any era that I want via adapters. I don't own any Canon glass anymore.

Except for all of those FD lenses that I own. For those you need an adapter with a crappy piece of glass that sits behind the rear element. No thanks. I'll shoot those with film.

Went with a Sigma SD9 since there was no Leica Digital at the time, then a SD-14. Now finally a Ricoh GXR w/ M module so I can use all my M lenses again yea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
M8 and M9 are way out of my price range at this time.

I own a Pentax K10D because I use a Pentax MX and have several lens for it. When I first got it I used it almost exclusively. However, I have hardly touched it in the past year, opting primarily for my Canon 7 and P and occasionally my MX.

Sold my D700, currently X100 only.

I miss the quality of the D700 and good glass, but I can't remember ever being excited to haul it out on its big BlackRapid strap or wander around with six pounds of D700/24-70 for an afternoon.
