Could it be a CZJ Pancolor
I only know of one zebra finish Takumar lens and that is the 55mm in f1.8 or f2 that were found on earlier Pentax cameras. My thoughts are also that it could be CZJ lens.

Grumpy morning?
The OP didn't know what brand the camera was, speculated it was an 828. Other folk, being helpful, posted photos of George with a Pentax.
And the suggestion that it was probably an SV looks to be plausible (although it's hard to distinguish it from the S1a we know he owned). here's Roger's one:

Well, I will admit I'm not a fan of the Pentax line (or the Beatles for that matter), so I'm not as informed about all the various models. I was just asking for a friend on another forum, and from what I could see in the photo, it did look like possibly an 828 type camera. If I knew about his affinity for Pentax, it would have made my earlier search much easier, and I likely would not have had to post my query here.
So, SV or Spotmatic, I'm going with the Spotty, as I can make out the meter switch on the side of the lens mount. Which the SV doesn't have.
But some folks who can't be bothered with checking out the link, looked at the photos that were inserted, and started commenting that's what it was (the S1a), which is not correct.

Probably not a Spotmatic (which I own), no battery compartment on the bottom plate.

definitely not a spotmatic. the photo was taken in february 1964, and photokina wasn't until september.
aside from the battery compartment, look at the prism and the door hinge. it's definitely an sv, which we know harrison had at the time.

Then it's settled, an SV it is. Thanks to Mackinaw, PaulT, and Aizan for your help.
You know, I'd have thought someone would have a site with the Beatles Camera Collection, or one each for the individual members. Couldn't find anything like that.

Weren't most of them pretty into Rolleiflexes too? Apologies if not entirely on topic with the OP's question, just an extra comment.

Well, it seems Rollei TLRs were around them in the early days, from Paul's brother with the Rolleimagic and their Hamburg days with Astrid Kirchherr and her Rollei and Leica Ms to the later press frenzy, most equipped with Rolleiflexes as the prefered serious and modern press camera of the day, in the European way of thinking , anyways.
It seems by the Beatles first stop in India that they had Nikon F cameras by then and George's 1st private visit to India in late 1966, soon after the death/replacement of the original Paul McCartney, that he used a Nikon F with one of their early fish-eye lenses.

In my searching I did see a photo of George with three cameras hanging from his neck: Rolleicord, Leica M3, and Nikon F.

Additionally, the Spotmatic's back latch mechanism is embedded into the body leaving the rewind end "smooth". The SV (as seen in the other pix) and S1a (which he owned) have back latched in an external rectangular "bump out" section as the end of the body, which is quite visible in the OP's pic.
