Yes, plus the Super 23 does not have a removable "back", only a removable "film holder", and thus does not accept the Polaroid film holder seen in the picture. The Universal has removable "backs", one to allow mount "Manyia" film holders and one to mount Graphlock film holders. The Polaroid film holder fits directly to the body without either "back" attached.

That does not look like a Polaroid holder. At any rate, none of mine have that forward bulge. My guess is that it is a silver L-shape Mamiya roll film back (as the wind lever or knob is hidden, of unknown type and model). The photographer or stylist removed the hand grip and cable release, so the camera looks a bit odd.

That does not look like a Polaroid holder. ...

It has the appearance of the early Polaroid holder that was made using the same aluminum frame and internals as was used in the metal bodied folding Polaroid cameras (e.g. Model 100, 250, 350, ...). The squarish ends and black trim with the flat silver panel (as seen in the mirror reflection) and the fact that it bumps forward and not backward on the far side both indicate that it is not Mamiya style roll holder. When you hold the Mamiya roll holder with both hands your left hand it not as far forward, relative to the body, as seen in the pic.

I can't see the far side (the mirror only shows a mirror image of the near side), so I can't make out which way that goes. The near side does bump forward, like the Mamiya holders do, and by the right amount (not past the flash bracket) too.
