Even if they had made a left-handed version they would hardly have gone so far as to create a mirror image version of the entire entrails. The camera has reversed film type reminders on either side (where one would have to be a speed reminder), and a reversed time wheel, too.
In all probability the decision makers had already passed a draft on paper, which was aligned that way, and the PP folks photoshopped a P6 or rearranged a CGI model to match that draft. Stuff like that is pretty common in product photography these days.
