What Camera is This

My sister found an old picture of me with a camera and I'm trying to figure out what model it is so I can maybe figure out who it belonged to. It's obviously a rangefinder of some sort going by the windows, but I have no idea what it is.

It could be a toy, but I'm not sure. Any ideas?

To give a time frame, the photo was probably taken in 1992, I was born in 1989.

Yup that first one looks right...plastic fantastic instead of a rangefinder!
