I've never sold a camera in my life. I have given them away, and had them stolen. The latter happened to my first Mamiya 645, which I replaced shortly after the loss.
With the insurance check, naturally!
Unfortunately I did not replace the 35mm lens, but I got a 45mm and 24mm instead.

Before I got into RF, I used (and still do) only Canon SLRs. So after I got into RF, I sold most of them - missed them and got them back : Canon AE1P, Canon AE1, Canon EOS 630, EOS RT, 10D - sold them all, got them all back, gave away manual focus Canons, but still have EOS models. With RF cameras and lenses I tend to keep what I like and sell what I dont. Almost sold Canon 50/1.2 LTM, but glad to have kept it or it would have been one on my list too. Oh wait - CV 21/4 - had it twice - sold twice. I would have kept it, but I got Kobalux/Avenon at that time, and it won a toss up (no surprise there), so CV21 got sold again. Plus there some lenses I like so much - I have more than one copy of them. Sometimes I sell one of them, but always keep the same one - Nikkor 10.5cm in LTM comes to mind, as well as Hexanon 50/2 - still have 2 of these for both Hexars.

I had a Contax TVS which I bought new whilst visiting the UK. It was stolen and later replaced, at about 20 percent of the original cost - the decline in film usage has some advantages! I like the TVS because of its portability (you can stuff it into a large pocket) and the Vario Sonnar has a good range and sharpness.

In general, my preference is for small, high quality p&s cameras. I held off replacing my ricoh gr1s until I could get an idea of the digital offerings that would be introduced this year. None of the existing or soon to be released camera’s from pani, oly or sigma (dp2) do anything for me. (DP2 seems very promising though)
So I decided to replace my long ago sold ricoh gr1s with a ‘new to me’ ricoh gr1v. Sweet little machine.

SLRs:
- Minolta X300s (sold), original SRT101 (sold), SRT101b (dead), XD-5
- Fujica ST-705
XD-5 is fine, but I miss my original SRT. I have not played too much with the Fujica to know if I will keep it.
Rangefinders:
- Leica III f (my main 35 mm)
- Olympus 35 RC (sold - great lens, viewfinder and compacity), XA (lost without regrets)
- Revue 400 SE and Vivitar 35 ES (sold)
- Canon A35F (given as a gift: fine colours but unsharp lens)
- Ricoh 500 GX (bought for a gift: fine lens)
- Foca PF2 bis (incredible lens but one of the shutter curtains need fixing, bad viewfinder)
- Minolta Hi-Matic 7s (sold: one day I will buy another one or replace it with an Hi-Matic 9) and Rapid 24 (dead)
The Olympus 35RC made me discover the RF world and is part of the one I miss the most with the Minolta Hi-Matic 7s.
Viewfinders:
- Rollei 35 (dead with a lot of tears)
- Minolta Hi-Matic C (never worked)
I really enjoyed my Rollei 35 but I enjoy playing with DOF so rangefinder was mandatory then I switched to Leica III F.
6x6s:
- Semflex Semi-Oto: my TLR
- Agfa Isolette II Agnar (given to a cousine)
I am currently trying to replace my Isolette by another one with a better lens or maybe a Voigländer Perkeo.
6x9:
Kodak Hawkeye Box 2: my experimental camera.
- Minolta X300s (sold), original SRT101 (sold), SRT101b (dead), XD-5

Cameras I wish I still had:
*Voiglander Prominent II with 50/1.5 Nokton (1st 35mm at 15)
*Rollie 35 with 40/3.5
*Robot Royal 36 with 45mm
*Canon F1..had a bunch of lenses (HS Grad Gift)
*Leica M5 (BLK,2L)with 35/2 pre asph/Black-Wetzler (traded F1 with lenses for Leica M5 and 'Cron)
*Olympus OM4 with 90/2.8 Macro Vivitar/Tokina? plus Twin TTL Marco Flash
*Canon EOS 630 with 21-35 f/2.8 Tokina ATX

If I could afford 3, I would pick:
**Leica M5 with 35/2
**Robot Royal 36 with 45
**Olympus OM4 with 90/2.8 Macro Vivitar/Tokina? plus Twin TTL Marco Flash

I lent an Olympus XA4 to a good friend.
She dropped it in Beijing, and broke it.
Olympus repaired it free of charge.
But it never worked properly.
So I chucked it out.
And only later realized what a rarity it was, and that I should have had it repaired again.
Too late.

Sure...many years ago I was travelling in Portugal and had the rental car broken into between Lisbon and the Algarve.
Lost a black OM2n and a Zuiko 35/2
Bought an OM2S...but not the same. Late last month I bought a mint OM2 (black).
Have not yet replaced the 35.
I really like Olympus anything...especially the Pen system.
