What can $40 buy these days?

How about an Omega ProLab Universal 4x5 condenser enlarger with neg carriers and lenses? (Not the best lenses but one is an old chrome 50mm Componon.) From CraigsList.

I have several enlargers already, including a 4x5 Besseler, but I plan to offer photography and darkroom lessons in my retirement.

A guy near by was selling a pair of nice 4x5 enlargers - one was a Beseler VXL, forgot the other, a jobo and about a dozen tanks (including 4x5 and 8x10 film tanks) for about $250. I made an offer on the jobo and tanks but someone beat me to it. Had I been thinking, I would have offered to take all of it and then found a home for the parts I didn't need.
