what do you think of this?

I did a few photo shoots this week, one was just past sunset in SF of a single person, about 130 photos, on a private online site, of just night street shots using an M4P with 400 film, and a Fuji F30, and Pentax dslr both at 3200.

Anyone interested in looking, and noting which ones they like, and which ones they don't like?

They are all unedited at this time.

If this is of interest, to know how your eyes compare with others, I have another set of 150 or so indoor portraits (M4p, ist DL, and Nikomat FT2)

Another set of a handmade instrument that takes many years to build a single one of, and it's creator (Zorki 4K w/I-61 and walg. 400 film, *ist DL @ 200 w/kit-zoom, M4P with Portra 160 VC)

PS: BTW, the tracks in your blog are from the Californian Mule Deer. We have some of them in our yard every so often - when the dogs are inside 😉

Thanks for the info. on the deer. We used to see the actual families of deer for the last 10 years until about 3 years ago, when we thought development kept them from coming this close, but this year we've seen the tracks, and an occasional sighting of familes feeding on this small lot.

However, one of our neighbors, thinks it's not a good sign if the deer have to come this far down from the hills/woods to try to find food, though the deer have always looked healthy.

I'll send you links to the unedited ones, and would be very interested if you feel any of the left out ones are potentially good shots.

The edited ones on are on smugmug, but I'd like to edit them down further to 1/3rd the amount or so. I basically listened to what the individuals said regarding which ones they liked and didn't like.

The one thing I learned with the photo shoot outdoors and after sundown is that one should keep moving around outside. I have about 20 shots with one background (horizontal blinds), that seemed interesting at the time, but upon reviewing, we both agreed they didn't work. I should have moved on faster after just a few frames there.
