Iced coffee - black.
Iced tea - no lemon/no sugar. Though I grew up in Texas, never developed the taste for "sweet tea"
Madison River Brewing Company's Copper John Scotch Ale - it's a wee heavy brewed here in Montana.
Moose Drool - a classic brown ale - another Montana brewed favorite.
 
Rum:
Barrilito, three star (Puerto Rico)
El Dorado 12 yrs (Guyana)
Zacapa, 23 yrs (Guatemala)
Appleton Estate, 12 yrs (Jamaica)
not to mention the Malbecs, Riojas, etc...
 
As a native of the American West, it's my duty to reiterate: whiskey's for drinkin', water's for fightin' over!
 
Voted Lagavulin, after cameras whiskeys are my favorite thing.
Currently have a bottle of
- Bruichladdich Organic 2003
- Blantons single barrel
- George T. Stagg, 2010 vintage, 143 proof
 
I voted Macallan 12, but that's just the tip of the iceberg!
Bourbon: Van Winkle
Rye: Old Potrero
Wine: red Burgundy, German Riesling, Rhone reds
Beer: Anchor Steam, Sierra Nevada, Negro Modelo, Red Stripe

Oh yeah, forgot -- Oregon Pinot!

The 20 year for a treat -- great stuff, and the 23 year isn't worth $100 more by a long shot. 🙂 My standard is the 12 year "Lot B" -- not as rich and smooth as the 20 year, but maybe even more perfectly balanced between sweetness and bite.

BTW, I have a bottle of the famed Hirsch 16 year, but IMO the Van W is much better.

I was so surprised by the price of the 23 year over the 20.
As you said definitely not worth it.
A great new product, for Pennsylvania at least, I tried was the Knob Creek 9 year single barrel.
Great whiskey.
 
Red wine ... preferably a nice Shiraz but no option for that.

(I was able to tick the pooled rainwater box though because I live in an area with no infrastucture)
 
I'm from the 'if it is wet I will drink it' school of photography. I'll have anything on that list, including the rain water, and I'll drink that toxic colored Irn Bru as well (preferably mixed with some pricy Scotch).
