I've bought from Robert White and have found their service to be excellent, but perhaps the problem with advertising here is that it leads to people doing price comparisons with other suppliers and realising that Robert White's UK prices are a lot higher than US prices. That's what happened to me, and I switched to buying from CameraQuest, who are significantly cheaper even once you add shipping and UK import tax (and hugely cheaper if the parcels don't get stopped by customs). And I've found CameraQuest's service to be just as good as Robert White's.
