I,ve bought a adapter 50-75 to my Zeiss ZM, to mount a VC 50mm skopar. When I mount this lens, with this adapter, the framelines appear 35 mm, not 50mm, therefore I have to fit this adapter in a 35 mm lens.
Why does it happens? Is it a camera problem, an adapter problem?
I have another adapter 28-85, and with it, the framelines show 28-85.
I must say that the adapter is written M 39, 50-70.
Regards.

There is a possibility that the adapter was modified (i.e. by filing down some metal at the back) to bring up the 35/135 frames. It's something that can't be reversed unfortunately.

I am not sure, but I don't think that the adapters made for Leica bodies match up with the with the ZM body in the same way. 25-35-135, 50-75, and 28-90. Someone out there with both systems should be able to confirm this.

Now I, m lost. I bought two 50-75 adapters to my Zeis Ikon ZM to both differents sellers on e bay.
Curiously both adapters do the same effect, the 35mm frameline appears, not 50mm frameline.
I,m affraid tho buy other adapter.

Is there any difference among the items for sale in e-bay, for example, talking about the same item, a 50-75 mm adapter because I see very clear differences in price.? From 10$ to 40 or 50$ in a similar item .
