What have you just NOT bought!

I have not bought any camera equipment in probably couple of years and have absolutely zero desire to do so. To be fair I am spoiled in respect that I have access to some nice gear, either at home or at direct disposal. Still,I don't think I'll ever buy another camera until technological advancements force me too.
I am, however, about to get into the world of motorbikes, and knowing that selling a couple of nice cameras with lenses can lend me a sweet ride puts a big smile on my face. I'm about to start sliming down and converting cameras and glass into motorcycle parts 🙂

I just "NOT bought" a Leica Monochrom. Was on the waiting list for months. The store contacted me last week to tell me they finally got stock. And I decided against it.

If this FL lens is of the same vintage quality that is in the 100mm 3.5 FL lens I just traded for...I'll be thrilled...
I have the 50mm 1.4 SSC (thrift shop find $50) and really wanted a wide angle for the A-1...I like the 35mm FOV...
I am also new to Canons so I'm learning...the two lenses I currently have are very good...

I also have the 50mm 1.4 SSC, but in FD. I have no FL lenses yet.

a HaBla 203 FE.
I was looking for an affordable HaBla 203 FE for years. Everything I saw in these years was either to high priced or in a bad condition.

Last week I found a 203 FE which was in an acceptable price range and acceptable condition.
I hesitated, than I spooke with an repairmen, after I renounced my wish to have a 203 FE. I´ll stay on my mechanic 503 😉
