I have the 135mm f2.8 elmarit made in 1969 and need the adapter #16462 for my Visoflex 3. I have been searching the web and it seems a fair price for this item is between $130 - $160. There is one on ebay (Item #280203140616) that is for $275.00 plus $6 shipping!!!!!! I contacted the seller, and although nice, will not budge from that price.

WOW I thought the economy was bad. To top it off, you cannot bid on this, it is at that price only. I paid $300 on ebay for my elmarit, and it is in mint, un-used condition. As for the adapter, I am a user, not some nit picky collector that has too much time on his or her hands. So I think this price is "NVTS" NUTS (I like Mel Brooks). Anybody have a though on this and what a good price should be for what I am looking for?

I would wait. Eventually one will show up in the $150 range. About a year ago they were going from $114 to $183 on ebay. Somehow I managed to get one for $75. You do have to be patient on this one.

I agree with David. The majority of Viso stuff has little value and patience brings rewards. There is enough about (apart from Viso IIa) to satisfy collectors and the M8 mob, though professing interest, are yet to affect prices.

It's all out there, much of it little used, and it will come up soon enough.
