The Complete Nikon Rangefinder System by Robert Rotonloni arrived today and it is such a detailed and wonderful book. I was looking through the book and i noticed some of the items i have.
1. Nikkkor-S 5cm f1.4 serial # 5005xxx (7 digits, not 8), 'as one of the first series f1.4 and 7 digits have only about 700 produced.'
2. Nikkor-PC 8cm f2.0 serial # 801xxx in total production of 300 in 3-4 months only. 'type I series 801 is the rarest verson of one of the longest running and most successful RF Nikkors ever made.'
3. Nikkor_C 3.5cm f3.5 serial #910xxx
3. Nikon M Rangefinder serial # 609xxxx as one of the last unsync M
4. Variframe Finder serial # M 901xxx
i have all the original front and rear caps, hood, leather cases, manuals, and original sale receipt with matching #. All are in excellent condition for its age (shutter in camera a bit slow). and all stamped MIOJ
does anyone know of estimate value? or how much i should insured for?
