What is your choice - best camera + lens?

Likewise, though I might have a problem choosing between the 50 and 28; I love both, but use the 28 a bit more. Thankfully, there's no need for me to hypothesize about this stuff.

I could totally live with an AF Konica Hexar.. Loaded with Reala that is.. It's got one of the most well-thought out user interfaces imaginable, and that sweet 35/2 just begs to be used with a fine grain colour film like that..

But then again, talking about good user interfaces, I wouldn't feel punished if all I had was a Nikon D40 either..

I've just finished scanning the first roll of film taken with the new superspeed Zuiko and the results are unusual Chris ... it's a little flare prone at f1.2 but certainly has a lot of character. I'll just deal with the dust bunnies and take a snap of the lens mounted on the OM with a digicam and post a report in a separate thread! 🙂

Bessa R and the 35mm f2.5 Color Scopar. Lightweight, all manual, mechanically shuttered, and even has a built in meter. Tiny, light, and fantastic lens.

I am not sure I am understanding whether it must be a camera I actually own or just one it exists but...

If I must own it then Cambo monorail and Fujinon 150mm, if I could pick up a new one and cost is not an issue I would not mind changing the Cambo for a Sinar P (I have no dream standard lens for 4x5" so I could stay with the Fujinon no problems).
