There is some perspective distortion from tilting the camera downward, often hard to banish from very wide-angle shots, but the field of view doesn't seem particularly wide... so if it has to be either 21 or 50, my guess is the 50mm. Actually I'd prefer to guess 35 or 28. 🙂
I was shooting my Zeiss Ikon and I am pretty sure i was shooting only the Heliar 50mm that day, but it really looks a wider lens. Actually it could be a 35mm as well. I just don't remember, even though it was taken only last week.

Sorry to go against some other wiser heads, but that just can't be a 50mm. Nor would a 35mm work. I don't even think a 28mm would fit. 24mm or wider works. I am not experienced enough looking at 15mm to say if that would work or not. But 50mm, sorry, no.
