I would say no. Looks like a pre ASPH

Hard to tell from that angle and image resolution. Size and proportions suggest it could also be a pre-asph 35mm summilux, but I'd probably vote 'cron.

You can see the max. aperture of f2. I think it's a v4 35 Summicron, a bit too big for v3.
