What LENSHOOD for my Retina IIIc?

Recently I've bought myself a nice and clean Retina Longar Xenon C f:4 / 80 mm telephoto lens for my Retina IIIc. What exactly do I need for a lenshood for this lens? What must be the demensions (screw-in size and opening) or what inscription must I go for?

At one time you got the lens hood which was part of the lens bubble but this now days is a hard to find item. You can probably find a series VII (series 7) slip-on adapter and use a series VII hood. I don't recall the outside or inside measurements..
