What shoes do you wear when shooting?

low-top chucks, perfectly worn in, and I can walk on them all day without my feet hurting. good socks and insoles go a long way.

typically sandals for random photowalks, but usually a light, flexible pair of tennis shoes like those made by Puma when I'm working or exploring.

Can`t remember who said it but...you should always have a good pair of shoes and a good bed because you`re either in one or the other :).

These are the boots I had before...
They've been thrown out several times but I just couldn't let them go...
I bought them at a surplus store in Canada many years ago...wished I'd bought two pair...

Next time I'll probably get a pair of Nike's or something. It's just that they were all so ugly that I couldn't convince myself to buy a pair haha.

I agree, most of the new sneakers are garish and quite hideous.
I looked at some from New Balance (the only brand that fits me)
today and couldn't find a thing I'd consider buying. I detest mesh!

Those were the shoes I tried for a day and ended up killing me. And I usually love walking around barefoot. I'm sure they're comfortable when you get your feet all adjusted to them, but even my worn out flat sneakers did my feet a world of good compared to wearing these.

Ykiki flip flops from April to October- unless I am out hiking. Best sandals I have ever tried (and that says a lot). Spent 10 days in Paris mainly walking around the city - 3 other pair of shoes in the suitcase - only wore the Ykikis. No sore feet!

Every 12-18 months I buy the most expensive pair of nike runners I can find and I just wear them into the ground. Current pair
