You must keep it all, there is no other option, at least that's what I tell my wife, so please don't let the side down.
Also every time I do sell something, I just use the money to buy something else.

From your list I personally would keep the M2 BP if it’s original but sell it if it isn’t. Keep the MP if you sell the M2. Keep the M8.2 because it’s a fine camera with beautiful colors the only reliable Leica CCD camera. I too have a ton of photography gear and no longer active.

I’d consider prioritizing any items currently fetching crazy prices, including Fujifilm X100-series, X10, X20, f1.2 Leica Noctilux, 35/2 Leica Summicron “bokeh king”, Leica Tri-Elmar, 75/1.4 Leica Summilux et al. Personally, I’m not wild about M lenses longer than 50 mm in general.Tons of Leica glass
Rollei cameras, Fuji gear.
I might hold back some Cosina/Voigtlander glass for myself, as quality is good, but resale prices don’t always reflect it.

This is a personal decision. What’s your photography look like? What are you using to really make photos with? Keep what you are actually using if photography is more important than cameras. If cameras are more important, keep your favorites. The thing with film Ms is they don’t go down in price really, so there’s no rush there unless you leave them unused too long.

With film cameras, I think things have reached a point where, before I unload anything, I ask myself one question: If, in the future, I might decide I made a mistake and want to use this item again, will it be available and affordable? Nice stuff in good condition is becoming scarcer and much more expensive! There are exceptions; nice Nikkormats and Mamiya TLRs are dirt cheap, for example, but how long before even that begins to change? Hasselblad stuff, and film Leicas? Ouch!

This should become the mantra for those considering selling cameras or lenses they aren’t using currently. Things change in often unexpected and inconvenient ways ….With film cameras, I think things have reached a point where, before I unload anything, I ask myself one question: If, in the future, I might decide I made a mistake and want to use this item again, will it be available and affordable? Also, are you selling because you feel guilty? Because they give you anxiety? Someone else anxiety? You need the cash?
