These two puppies!

Just got them for a project I'm working on. Hmm. Will be interesting to see which gives me 'better' images.

Huss, to paraphrase what I’ve said before, you’re nuts and I love it. Can’t wait to see what comes of it.

Jeremy-I’ll let Huss correct me if I’m wrong, but these are sequential cameras that take a number of frames in rapid succession, marketed for analyzing athletic form. Fuji made a handful of these, including a QuickSnap single-use intended for golf swing analysis. Obviously video does a better job these days for that purpose but makes for fun shooting.

Obviously the one with more minilenses will be superior. 😀

I've got a Nimslo kicking around that I got when they first came out. 4 simultaneous frames. I shot that a fair bit for regular wet printing back in 1983-4.

I have one of those plastic type four shot on one 35mm frame things. It works in a sequence like I'd assume yours do.

Reminds me a bit of the Lomography Oktomat, which also fires 8 shots in rapid sequence. I think the Oktomat could be a very Huss kamera. 😉

Never seen that many lenses, didn’t even know about the eight lens camera.
Do they take 35mm? What size is each frame?

Akshully I think it is, because the 8 lens kamera's only options are slow, medium or fast sequential captures. While the 16 version also allows single shot captures so you can mix and match 16 unique images on the two frames of film before it advances the film.
It's also nicer because it has a physical lens cover that moves out of the way when you use it, while the 8 shot version shoots through a clear filter. So do cameras like Nikonos, Fuji Work Record, Nikon ActionTouch etc etc so there isn't an actual issue with that but I just like the idea of the 'solid' lens cover on the 16 version.

The 8 shot version is manual advance and rewind, while the 16 is automatic.
