i own both the F and M3.
They are both old! The M3 though is weak now with the viewfinder! The glues are very fragile. When Larry Burrows used Leica,in Vietnam, they were pretty new..
So it's a no boner! The F. The 105 or similar, the 50mm f2 or f1.8.
I agree the 55mm f3.5 Micro is really sharp. I like my 28mm or 35mm. This choice adds weight. Take the 55mm and 105mm.

I too would pick the F. Actually I would probably take my Nikkorrmat FT3, but you get the idea. Pick one lens and call it good. I dont have many Nikkor lenses, but my most versatile, likely to take most of the time is the 55mm(?) f/3.5 Micro. Great, sharp, pretty much a built-in lens hood. For me and my style of shooting, it's great. I'd find space for some sort of camera support, tripod, clamp, etc. before I would think about lens number 2. Your preferences may, and should, vary.
