What's difference between Leitz and Leica summicron-M 90 E55.

I plan to buy a Summicron-M 90 E55 type 3. There are 2 types of summicron-M 90 E55.

- Leica Summicron-M 90 f2 E55
- Leizt Summicron-M 90 f2 E55

What's difference between them?

Hello:

My Leica Pocket Book describes only a difference in lens hoods for the E55 Summicron 1:2 90mm (II).

Leica vs Leitz is a name change related to reorganization.
