I have several bags with gear for different purposes. However, I've been using the stuff in one particular bag most often lately. It's the lightweight general purpose bag that holds a Fuji X100S, Fuji X-E2 with 35/2 lens and Ricoh GR II. Also in the bag is the Fuji 60/2.4 and the Ricoh lens converter (equivalent 21mm), Lenspen, microfiber cloth, spare batteries for everything and a few SD cards. All this fits easily and carries comfortably in the Think Tank City Walker 10.

Sounds like a pretty cool set-up. A lot of bang for the buck there.

For the time being, most of my gear is in storage and all I have and carry is the Leica M-E and the 28 and 35mm Zeiss lenses. Together with my work stuff it all fits nicely in the Hadley Large shoulder bag. Great bag but it should have a carrying handle...

I have the same bag, twice. A Tenba messenger in large, and a Tenba messenger in mini.
The large is for full digi 5Dii kit - pancake 40 on the body, 20 2.8, 50 1.8, 70-200 2.8, laptop, flash, too many triggers/cables/hard drives/etc in their made to fit accessory case and pockets.
The mini is for everyday - Bessa R3A with a 50 2.0 on it, lens cloth, spare batteries, some film, notepad and pen, plus any bits and bobs I've got with me.
Got a lot of love for their bags. Well made, perfect layout for my style, and the best shoulder straps I've had in years.

No bag.
M6 with a 21/3.4 SA in my hand loaded with a fresh roll of Fomapan 400.
It was a fresh roll so didn't take another, light was typical so didn't take a light meter. It's pretty typical for me, although usually I have the 35/1.4 summilux pre-asph mounted. But it's getting serviced at the moment, so the SA takes centre stage.
