What's In Your Bag Right Now?

Just got this one in the mail yesterday. From a dead donor Yashica T. I'm a huge Tessar fan. This one will get a lot of use!

This is dope. I'm super interested in this.

I have several bags with gear for different purposes. However, I've been using the stuff in one particular bag most often lately. It's the lightweight general purpose bag that holds a Fuji X100S, Fuji X-E2 with 35/2 lens and Ricoh GR II. Also in the bag is the Fuji 60/2.4 and the Ricoh lens converter (equivalent 21mm), Lenspen, microfiber cloth, spare batteries for everything and a few SD cards. All this fits easily and carries comfortably in the Think Tank City Walker 10.

Hadley pro
M2 + Summitar
IROOA
L308B
Blue Sharpie
A few A5 prints, disinfecting handwipes, A sigma pen brush that was a give away with AP in the early 80's, spare AA and HP5+ and a lenscloth

Back to M7 for the week end. In the bag M7 with a 50 cron and a couple of Ilford XP2s. Just to test if everything ok.

Sounds like a pretty cool set-up. A lot of bang for the buck there.

My everyday bag is more or less the same:

Leica M6 with either 100/400 ASA film (TX400 today)
Elmarit 28mm
Summicron 35mm V1
Summilux 50mm pre asph
Elmarit 90mm
Cable release, filters and lens cleaning tissue.
Assortment of bills,coins,pens,etc.

Pretty comfortable bag.

For the time being, most of my gear is in storage and all I have and carry is the Leica M-E and the 28 and 35mm Zeiss lenses. Together with my work stuff it all fits nicely in the Hadley Large shoulder bag. Great bag but it should have a carrying handle...

Today, Domke f5a, Fuji XE1 with an SMC Takumar 55/1.8, 2 spare batteries, short stack of filters, cell phone.

Sketch pad, pencils, pencil sharpener, eraser, Rapidograph pens, journal, ballpoint pens, headphones w/ teeny tiny radio, wallet, transit pass, knife, business cards, and a copy of Zen Mind, Beginner's Mind by Shunryu Suzuki.

My Tamrac Correspondent 8 has:

• Canon 5DmkII
• Canon 24-105mm f4L-IS lens
• Tokina ATX-Pro 17-35mm f4 lens (an excellent and very inexpensive ultra-wide!)
• Gossen Ultra-Pro meter
• Remote Release for the camera.
• Samsung 7" tablet to take notes and to show my portfolio to people.

Hadley Pro, Wista DXII 4x5, Schneider 150mm Symmar-S f5.6, four film holders with Ilford FP4, Pentax digital spotmeter, cable release, notebook, lens wrench, pencil, and focusing cloth.

I have the same bag, twice. A Tenba messenger in large, and a Tenba messenger in mini.
The large is for full digi 5Dii kit - pancake 40 on the body, 20 2.8, 50 1.8, 70-200 2.8, laptop, flash, too many triggers/cables/hard drives/etc in their made to fit accessory case and pockets.
The mini is for everyday - Bessa R3A with a 50 2.0 on it, lens cloth, spare batteries, some film, notepad and pen, plus any bits and bobs I've got with me.
Got a lot of love for their bags. Well made, perfect layout for my style, and the best shoulder straps I've had in years.

No bag.
M6 with a 21/3.4 SA in my hand loaded with a fresh roll of Fomapan 400.

It was a fresh roll so didn't take another, light was typical so didn't take a light meter. It's pretty typical for me, although usually I have the 35/1.4 summilux pre-asph mounted. But it's getting serviced at the moment, so the SA takes centre stage.

Thanks for playing all! Nice to get a feel for what is in your hands and what is running through the film cameras.

I only made a two frames today with the 667W, and about twenty with the M9 & 50/1.5.

I don't often shoot a lot here around home. My small town walks are certainly repetitive now.

In my Think Tank Retrospective 6, which is my every day carry right now:

Fuji X-T2 with Fuji 16-55mm f/2.8 & two SD cards
Fuji f2 / 35 mm lens
Fuji flash (the wee one that came with the body)
Spare batteries
Lens wipes
Notebook & pen
Cell phone
Magnifying glass
Hanky
RXs
Wee Swiss army knife
Sometimes a magazine or book
