What's your day job?

Writer. Well...technical writer, which is kind of like saying, "I'm a Painter...(pause)...A house painter."

It's always interesting to see what everyone does.

Beginning this year (2007) I quit my former full-time job in finance and began working as a portrait photographer (my own business that I started on a part-time business almost two years ago) full-time. However, I still do consulting in the financial services industry.

artist/sculptor and community arts administrator...i run a community access theatre. i am a trained studio photographer and have worked as a glam photographer off and on. but for a crust, i stick to the studio as a sculptor and part-time arts worker. sorry, can't bulk me into one generic group.
oh, and back in the 70s i worked in E/W Germany for the combined allied forces as an independent civilian photographic data collector in non-public environs

I'm a Game developer for a company that deals in gambling machines for the Dutch market. I've been at it for 5 years now.

Before that I worked 3 years as a in-house software engineer for Tyco Electronics.

I've been into computers and programming all my life, but I'd rather be doing something more creative in a tactile sense then just coding stuff...
