Little and large, eh? I've often carried a stills camera for high quality and a pocket cam for snapshot and video.
2007-2009: Canon 30D + 17-55mm f2.8 for large, and Canon G7 or Fuji F30 for little.
2009-2010: Canon 5D Mark II + 24-105L (and sometimes the 35L) for large, and Canon G10 or Sigma DP1 for little.
Since I stopped using DSLRs for daily carry, I've gone to smaller and smaller cameras, but little/large combos still happen.
Leica M9 + 28/50 and Sony RX0 is my current little/large combo. The other day, I went out with a little/more little combination of Contax T3 and Sony RX0 in my pocket.

Large: Nikon D800E + 55-110mm tilt-shift (Mamiya 645 lens with adapter), weight 2.5 kg (5.5 lb)
(Replaced by a Sony A7R II since this photo)
Small: Smartphone
Compact cameras = now obsolete and pointless
(Plus a few things I always carry. The black cylinder at top right is a powerbank, the ratty thing at bottom is a USB drive)

My set actually can be called "small and smaller"
The small thing is a Fuji F900EXR and does all from Panos to 500mm. The bigger one is for the dark moments
and using old primes from time to time.
SLT A33 from Sony with flipdisplay like the new X-Pro3. 99 percent closed while using the very good EVF.

Small is Rollie 35 or cell phone if that counts as a camera.
Normal small is Leica M. Large has been RB67 now sold and Zone VI 4x5 , 6 lenses, meters, big heavy wood tripod, film holders and filters, cable releases. This comes under category now as more than 50 yards from car, it is not photogenic. 4x5 color film is extremely expensive and honestly I can replace it with Nikon D800 for my purposes.

Large is a relatively new-to-me Nikon D800 with 24-120/4VR Nikkor.
Small is Ricoh GRII.
In between is Fuji X-Pro2 with either 23/2 or 35/2 Fuji lens.
The "In Between" gets used the most.

I've travelled with: Leica M5 (50mm) + Ricoh GR1 (28mm).
Next, I'm planning to travel with: M5 (50mm) + Bessa L (15mm) OR M5 (15mm) + Nikon F2 (50mm)... Not sure yet.

Now, I guess the large would be my Fujifilm X-H1 with 56mm 1.2 and the small camera is the Fujifilm X-E3 with 27mm 2.8 pancake. I've tried to like smaller cameras, but they don't work for me generally. The Ricoh GR is cool ... but I'm not in to 28mm and the AF isn't as good as I'd like. The Sony RX100 VI just doesn't cut it for me sensor wise.

The current littles include GR, Klasse S, RX1, Leica T when it wears an M-S Optics 28. Larger pairings might be A7II K, M 246, SDQ–usually with 50mm or zoom. Unless it’s all film/all Fuji with the GA 645 and Klasse.

Little:
Fuji X20
Large:
Contax N-1 and the 24-85 Vario-Sonnar
Took this pair with me on my recent vacation.
Worked out fairly well.
Ektar in the Contax and I mainly used a BW emulation with the Fuji. (I have that camera set for jepg+raw)

Nice combo, Huss. You don't see Lite Touches in the wild any more. I remember selling them in the 90s, even then, only the connoisseurs wanted them. They just weren't as elegant aesthetically and mechanically as Styli.Just got back from a trip and I took a new to me Nikon F4 with 50mm 1.8G. As I also wanted to take a 28mm lens, I decided to take a Nikon Litetouch AF(600) which has a cracker 28mm 3.5 lens.
So that's my little n large combo! What's yours that you have actually travelled with?
Fine taste, here!Canon EOS 1 - 50/1.8

That lens is the one thing I miss about my full frame digital rig. It was just awesome. Worth every penny, and really without competition.Large is a relatively new-to-me Nikon D800 with 24-120/4VR Nikkor.
As for me big has been EOS A2 (EOS 5 to those outside the US) with the Canon 35-135. I was selling these in the 90s and it was the top model that Ritz carried. I think I only sold one. Folks were mostly going for the Elan (100?) or Rebel. The motor drive is quiet and quick. Rewinding is completely silent. But it IS big and heavy, by my standards today. Not quite Nikon F4s-heavy, but not far off, either. It doesn't have a DoF preview, but it goes one step better with its 'DEP' function: prefocus on the near subject, then again on the far subject. The camera calculates the needed aperture and implements it on the third press.
Small is either my Rollei 35 or my Nikon L35AF3. Amazing 35/2.8 lens on this one; I just put some photos up in the point & shoot subforum, in the One Touch thread, if you're interested.
That said, I'm not sure I would call those a combo. I usually will just take one, and my cell phone is back-up. (LG G6, with its second super-wide lens)

Smallest film combo:
This 35mm Vivitar camera, with a Mazda logo, is my smallest and lightest roll-film camera. It is often my first choice when I am hiking and/or biking and image quality is less important to me than size and weight.
