Besides being FDR's hometown, Hyde Park New York is also
famous as the home of The Culinary Institute of America.
Located in upstate New York's scenic, historic and culturally rich
Hudson Valley, it is also within a quick commuter train ride to NYC.
IMO an absolutely perfect place to get an education...
