Get in your Time Machine, go back to 1956, and you'll find plenty of camera stores with good stocks of Kodak, Ansco and Agfa film.

mmhh, I don't really know but a forum user was collecting donations for this: escuela de fotografia creativa de la habana, maybe someone there will have a better clue?
I may add this: Calle 21 #706 entre Paseo y A, Vedado, La Habana, Cuba. Telf: (537) 8354079 email: efchabana@gmail.com

I have never seen any kind of film for sale anywhere in Cuba over 10 different trips. I always look for film just out of curiosity but nada. I always bring at least twice as much film as I think I can shoot and usually leave with 20-25 extra rolls. I have searched for anyone to leave my extra film with when I return, but no one has chemistry. I know many Cuban photographers but they all shoot digital.
You might ask Nelson Rodriguez, the curator at Fototeca on Plaza Vieja. Nelson is well connected. If nothing else, they always have great exhibits. Plus, have a black beer at Cerveza Factorio there.
If you are around on Saturday afternoon, go to the art sale on the Prado, right in front of your hotel. Ask for Diego, all the photographers know him. He shoots digital but will ask around to learn if someone has some film.
Several years ago I traded 2 rolls of Neopan 400 for an 8x12 1960 print of Fidel, Che, Camilio, and the President marching to the memorial service for the La Coubre victims. I would have given the guy 10 rolls but it was the end of the day and 2 was all I had left in my pocket.

In 2006 there was a camera shop on Calle Obispo selling some film eg Kodak Gold.
You can also contact a German photographer who lives in Cuba, he might have some pointers for you.

Raytoei: Must be from your hotel room.
There is a reasonably good (for Cuba) pizza place in view there, right at the corner of Prado y Neputno.
Also, all those old American cars queued up there on Neptuno are communal taxis. 10 pesos Cubano (about 40 cents US) will get you a ride pass the University of Habana to 23rd. It is worth it for the experience if you have moneta nacional. If you try to pay with pesos convertible, they will tell you the fare is 3 CUC. (about $3 US)
enjoy!

Raytoei: We all see differently. I see Havana, in fact all of Cuba, as a b&w place with nothing but muted earthtone colors.
If you did think it would have been better in color, I hope I was not the one who led you astray.
