I am not really sure to understand what you mean by soft leather pouch for Leica M... but check out this item on the bay: 130254920646 (seller oneoscom)
I bought one, it fits in a M body with a collapsing lens (50) or with a compact 35 or 40 (summicron). Quality is really nice... and leather smells good !
They also do lens pouches...

I bought a couple lens bags form this seller. They are really nice. Very soft "sheep leather", with a nylon lining. I find these more pratical for actual use, since the drawstring is easier to open/close than the factory Leica zippered cases. And they take up a little less room in the bag too. Very reasonable prices.

I do have one these for my lenses too, and yes leather & lining quality is great, protection is assured... many sizes available, low cost...

Try the Zing pouches. I bought a couple of smalls for my lenses. They work pretty well and they have a belt loop and a hook if you need to attach them to something. They are made out of neoprene. I got mine from B&H. Search for "zing drawstring pouch small".

My Leica pouches are somewhere in the boxes in the very deep back of a closet, never use them. I also have two Zing neoprene pouches and they are great.
