Hi to everyone. I bought and returned 2 90mm Elmar-c's off of Ebay because of fungus/haze inside supposedly 'mint' lenses. Does anyone know where to get one that has clear scratch free optics(no haze when shining a flashlight through the lens)? I don't care about small cosmetic flaws. Any and all suggestions are welcome!

Isn't this series of lens notorious for haze? You won't likely find a haze-free one, anywhere.
If it is haze free, it likely has been CLA'ed.

How about a Tele-ELmarit? Now, in the Classifieds. (shameless, I admit).

I think it is the 90mm tele-elmarit that has the real reputation for haze/fungus. Keith I am glad you got a good one! I decided to go with the Voigtlander 90mm after all this, may not last as long but the glass is clean as it is new! Thanks to everyone!
