i dont frequent this forum
so maybe the qns has been asked before.

1) i was wondering where i can get some fuji velvia?
are there online stores? (ebay - are their prices good?)
any local stores in central NJ?

2) briefly what is the difference between the 100 anf 100F
:)
appreciate it everyone!

Do you want 100 or would you like the original 50?

Freestyle Photo has the 50 listed online.

Velvia 50

They also have Velvia 100.

Velvia 100

From the verbal description, 100F would appear to be the more normal color saturation version.

The 50 ISO version is now disconitnued. Something about being unable to get the correct chemicals or something. It's too bad, since Velvia 50 is my favorite slide film. I will have to savor my last few rolls before moving on to the 100 speed version.

I think you can get the 100 at most of the likely places, such as B&H. I got some Provia there a few months ago. Provia is slightly less agressively saturated than Velvia.

thanks guys
is bh pricing good?
or can i get better pricing else where
i just want to shoot for fun so expired films are ok to me too
what is the difference between the velvia and provia? (something to do with professional grade vs non professional grade chrome film? i dont know)
thanks

B & H prices are pretty good, IMHO. You may also want to consider picking up some Fuji mailers for processing the expoosed film. I think that Adorama also carries Velvia and the mailers, at similar prices to B & H.
