Which Book Publishing is highest quality?

Currenty, I am working on a photo essay. Requests are already out there for the book and I need to have it published in the highest quality I can possibly find. Checking out Blurb right now but have not seen one in person.

Which others are out there to choose from? Which one has the best leather binders and quality prints?😕

Dave - Pop Photog had a review article of 10 companies in their Nov 2010 issue - they consider Kodak's books to have the best image quality for both B&W and colour

Haven't used them (yet?! I'd love to hear from anyone who has used them.) and they're pretty expensive but for lots of nice options (tipped in cover images, foil stamps, etc.):

Ive never made any through them, but I have seen a photo book made by them.. very good quality.
