Chromes is nice, especially the first volume. The best Eggleston book is 2 1/4 published by Twin Palms.

1964 is a fantastic book, sadly no longer in print. If you can get it at a reasonable price do not hesitate

It's out there, but for $350 to $400!

William Eggleston's Chromes

or

Gary Winogrand's 1964

Buy "The Family of Man" I think it's published by the Museum of Modern Art (NYC).

Winogrand definately, if you can find one in good shape for less than 400
