Which Camera Did You Buy After Deciding NOT to?

The Ricoh GRD1. I had more or less decided not to get one because I thought the images was too noisy and the not very silent either, from what i've read.
But since, I've begun to like to shoot in B&W more and more and couldn't resist to buy one when I stumbled on a well-used GRD1 at a good price, but still works well. I'll recieve it in the beginning of the coming week.
 
The Ricoh GX-200. I bought a DP1 instead and then later after deciding that I wouldn't, I did buy the GX-200. I made a mistake. The camera has a great interface, better than any digital camera...bar none...but the noise is unbearable....even in DNG.
Comparing the images to the DP1, well...ya can't and I'll sell the Ricoh shortly and wait for the DP2....

Many times. Most recent - Leica M5. I had M3 and M6 for a while, than discovered Hexar RF, which I thought was a perfect camera for me. Sold off Leicas and said - never again.....until I did some reading on M5. thought it's worth to try and now I have one. Really like it too, for me it the best Leica by far, compared to the ones I tried before. Hexars still remain my favorites though. Similar story with some SLRs.
