Which Camera for this TA4 Adapter

Does anyone know which camera does this TA4 Adapter fit?

I've tried Minolta, Canon, Praktica and I believe Nikon and none works...

The local camera shop doesn't know, either...

For me the photo isn't enough to tell. If the part facing up in the photo is to mount to a camera and there is a rotating ring, it may fit a Petri.

Thanks, Mark...I will make a list of Petri, which I hadn't thought of, and any other suggestions I get...The other side is a 42mm screw-mount to a Pentax thread...regards, bob
