I only got my M9 a few months ago after having sold my M6 back in 2009. In the interim I was shooting on various DSLRs. Film just got too expensive for me to keep up with. I'm glad to be back to (semi) basics with M.

I marked large format but my foray into 4x5 has been limited to photo paper used in place of film so.....

Also marked 'other film camera' for my submini's a Minox IIIs and Minolta 16

I have favorite cameras, but tend to go out with something different each time, Raid. Format, AF, MF, RF, doesn't matter, I like to shoot them all.

This past 6 months;
M6 for about 50 rolls,
FE for 6 rolls (one specific project),
not many on my iPhone, maybe only 100 shots.

Raid, I assume you will be able to track trends of RFF members?

I used my SWC and Nikon FE2 a lot in Denver recently. In Estes Park I shot with Nikon FE2, FM3a, X100, and X20. And I used my XPAN in Estes Park and in Golden. Never touched my D700 or 500C/M! Can only do so much, I guess.

Mostly been using Nikon F100 and my M6 is feeling neglected. Also occasional use of Olympus OM1N and Olympus Mju i and Mju ii film compacts. Curiously film compacts left off the poll so I ticked other.

I've shot almost entirely with my Canon 5DmkII this year. I've gotten more heavily into color photography, which the digital SLR excels at. Another thing is my health. I had a stroke almost 3 yrs ago, and over time since then, I've had trouble standing long periods, as I would when developing film, and I am tired all the time, too much so to bother scanning film.

I do need to fire up the scanner again, I have a huge backlog of film to scan, and I miss shooting black and white, but the way I feel most of the time, I am more productive shooting digital. I wish I could afford a black and white digital camera, but that's never going to happen.

My guess is that within a week or two, the poll will show 45% film and 55% digital for people who opted to take part in in it.
