It looks like it is set up right, click all that apply.

I can't. I want to select the 15 and the 25 but they are under a single tick box.

I know a poll can only have 10 boxes and that CV has a ton of great lenses but if the point is to find the most popular CV lens it doesn't work well to just throw a whole bunch of lenses under the same single tick box.

OK, the coffee is starting to kick in.

I find it no surprise that the CV wides are so popular, yes there are other choices, but really, they have no competition. A very brilliant product line.

Ray's belief is that the CV 35/2.5 lens are most popular. I am not surprised to see that they are so voted for, along with the 40 and 50 Noktons.

I think it would be interesting to see which wide is most popular. We do have to work within the limits of the forum I guess.

Funny that,
I don't know why, but I had assumed that the 40 would have been the most popular, and that the 50/1.5 (of which I have one) would have been quite rare.

Good poll Ray.

15/4,5
25/4
35/1,7
50/1,5
75/2,5

They are all great!
Looking for a 12/5,6!!
Since I've got my Bessas (R,R2,L) the Canon SLRs weren't used very often!!

15/4.5 SW Heliar
25/4 Snapshot Skopar
35/2.5 Color Skopar

All great lenses. I purchased the 35 first but I use it the least.

Fun poll. Not surprised to see how well the ultra-wides are doing. The fourms are full of praise for the 21 and 25mm lenses. I think Mr. Gandy will sell many R4A/M bodies to this gang...

I have only one CV lens; the 25mm/4.0 lens without rangefinder coupling. I have two older Voightlaender lenses though: the 50mm/1.5 Nokton and the 35mm/3.5Skoparon for the prominent.

35/2.5
35/1.7
50/1.5
50/2

Started with the 28, the newest is the 50 collapsible.
As they came in, always the latest was the fav.
They are all great.

edit: a few days with the 28/2 - now that's the fav:D

I own the fairly common 21 f4 which i love to walk around wtih, the 35 f1.2 which is the lowlight master, although aptly named "the beast"; and finally the 50 f2 Heliar which is my least used of the bunch, but still an nice lens.

I own these same three, and like them all. I'm on the lookout for the 28 f3.5 and the 90 f3.5, if I find either of these cheap. (Hint, hint) :D

I started with the 35 Ultron 1.7 which came from a member here, since then i have added a 40/1.4 MC, 50/1.5, 35/2.5 and finaly a 28/3.5. Of all of them the 40 Nokton is a favourite it lives on my R2, the 35 skopar, 50 Nokton and 28 skopar will make up my travelling kit but it will be hard to leave the 40 at home.

Mind you if i can get a 50/2 at a reasonable price...............

I can't believe the low turnout for the sweet little 50 skopar 2.5..
you're missing out! Until about noon today I had two of 'em- one in black, one in chrome.

I found that pretty interesting, too. Maybe as much as the stand the wides are making! Hard to break those out, without another poll (I'll leave that to someone else...hint, hint), but, based on the comments, the 25/4 is very a popular lens.

.

Time to update my poll picks... :)

A 28 Ultron is on the way. Now I have to force myself to sell the 28 Skopar to help pay for it!
